My 16-year-old son loved it. The same show, and yet it still seemed fresh and new, and it was just as entertaining. This was my second time seeing 49 Winchester (the first being in Vegas).
When I called the box office, however, the man who answered couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. We got new tickets and still great seats. I made Chicago reservations while on vacation and checked my confirmation the following morning. That level of customer service is rare and should be commended. I felt sick when I realized that I made the reservations for the wrong night and we had missed the show. He made my day, and the 49 Winchester made my night!
